A SESSION ON SCHOOL ASSEMBLY @ MERCURY

A session was conducted on "School Assembly" by Mrs.Malathi Events Coordinator.Importance of school assembly was emphasised. She also briefed its significance and purpose of students' participation. She appealed house mentors to motivate their students to take active participation in assembly activities.

A SESSION ON MAINTAINING ANECDOTAL RECORDS AND PORTFOLIOS @ MERCURY

Principal Mr.Ravi Kumar  conducted a session on Maintenance of Anecdotal records and portfolios.He also elaborated on issues pertaining to students' behavior and academic challenges  faced .Interacted  with mentors  and suggested tips on documentation  with relevant remarks.

A SESSION ON THE DUTIES OF SUBJECT MENTORS ORGANISED @ MERCURY

An Interactive session was held on  Duties of Subject Mentors organised by Mrs.Vibha Dhote & Mrs. Prabhavathi HOD's Hindi & Telugu  .They discussed on the following points:

1) Adopting Innovative methodologies 

2) Focusing  on All phases of learners
3)Strategies to be implemented to enhance  academic performance

4) Focus on persentation skills

4) Enhancing student & Teachers relations and challenges

A SESSION CONDUCTED ON TEACHERS MARKS BOOK @ MERCURY

A session was conducted on Teacher's Marks book and its maintenance by Mrs.Sujana Academic Counselor.
The following points were covered  :
1) Observation   on  C.W&H.W with relevant remarks .
2) Criteria for Notes Checking .
3) Uploading the marks in F.A's (or) S.A's marks sheet  as per designed formats.

A session was conducted on Uploading & online updating by Mrs.G.Anusha  Academic Counselor Grade V for staff members on 19th April'16 .

CAMPAIGN ON CONTRIBUTIONS OF Dr. B.R AMBEDKAR @ MERCURY

On 14th April 2016,The Creekans   organized an awareness program on our  Constitution and  the contributions of Dr.B.R Ambedkar to it.They projected  his services in making India a democratic, secular , socialistic and republic country.

PARENT ORIENTATION PROGRAM FOR GRADES IX & X @ MERCURY

An Orientation Program was organized for grades IX & X Students and their parents to enable them to understand  the C.C.E curriculam , vertical up scaling and Tips to supervise  students' learning at home.

TELENGANA STATE 2nd INTER DISTRICT THROW BALL TOURNAMENT WINNERS

Kum.D.Bhavyani of grade IX & Kum.J.Divya Sree of  grade VIII The Creek Planet School represented Hyderabad district under 19 girls team in Telangana State 2nd Inter district throw ball tournament 2015-16 held at Kennedy Public School, Kukatpally and stood winning side against Ranga Reddy District in finals.

Mast.A. Vijay Kumar of Grade X of  The Creek Planet School represented Hyderabad district in Telangana State 2nd Inter District Throw Ball Tournament 2015-16 held at Kennedy Public School , Kukatpally and stood winning side against Ranga Reddy District in Finals
