Elections
and citizenship education in school is a part of education in building a
responsible society. The main goal of The Creek Planet School is to graduate students with good
character, trust and ready to take responsibility.
The Election process started with issue of scheduling. Once the date is
issued the process of getting candidates began. The eligible candidates
submitted their nominations on 22.6.16 along with duties and responsibilities.
The candidates were given a day time for
withdrawal. i.e on 23.6.16. The
candidates campaigned in the campus with their speeches and posters. The
elections were conducted on 24.6.16
where the voters lined up for casting their vote. The counting of votes by
election committee started with transparency and trust. The most awaiting part
in election process is result. The official announcement of selected candidates
will be declared on Investiture Ceremony.
