Krishna Janmashtami Celebrations reverberated The
Creek Planet School, Mercury Campus with great fervour. The
whole campus was lively with devotional songs, dances and dance-drama
enactments of the life of Lord Sri Krishna. Students
dressed as Lord Sri Krishna and gopikas made the festive mood more vibrant.
Later Dahi Handi, the event which symbolizes the stealing activity of
Lord Sri Krishna filled the air with positive energy. Along with the cheers an earthen
pot was hung high in the air and the Grade 10
students gathered together to make a human pyramid and broke it to release its sweet contents.
