GANESH CHATURTHI CELEBRATIONS @ MERCURY CAMPUS

The Creek Planet school, Mercury Campus celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi on 31^st August.   It is believed that Lord Ganesha removes all obstacles form path of his devotees.  The celebrations started with an informative talk about importance of the festival. This was followed by a graceful dance recital by students depicting significance of the festival.

National Sports Day @ Mercury Campus

Sports are considered very important for the physical and mental development of humans. The person who plays any sport remains always healthy.

The Creek Planet School, Mercury Campus celebrated National Sports day to mark the birthday of Major Dhyan Chand Singh, the hockey player who won gold medals in Olympics for India in the years 1928, 1932 and 1936.

To make the students aware of the contribution of Dhyan Chand Singh towards the hockey, Mr. Anand, the PT mentor spoke  about Dhyan chand and stressed upon the importance of sports in one’s life. Later on students spoke about Mary Kom and PV Sindhu.   It was an informative and interesting event.

Telugu Language Day @ Mercury Campus

The Creek Planet School, Mercury Campus celebrated Telugu language day on 29^th August 2019. This day is celebrated to mark the birthday of Gidugu Venkata Ramamurthy who was a Telugu writer and one of the earliest modern Telugu linguists. He championed the cause of using a language comprehensible to the common man. To mark the occasion the students rendered slokas  lucidly and  also sang melodious songs  to  delight the assembly .

Krishna Janmashtami Celebrations @ Mercury Campus

KRISHNAM VANDE JAGADGURUM

Lord Sri Krishna Janmashtami Celebrations reverberated The Creek Planet School, Mercury Campus with great fervour. The whole campus was lively with devotional songs, dances and dance-drama enactments of the life of Lord Sri Krishna. Students dressed as Lord Sri Krishna and gopikas made the festive mood more vibrant. Later Dahi Handi, the event which symbolizes the stealing activity of Lord Sri Krishna filled the air with positive energy. Along with the cheers an earthen pot was hung high in the air and the Grade 10 students gathered together to make a human pyramid and broke it to release its sweet contents.

Gaiety and patriotic fervour marked the 73^rd Independence Day celebrations at The Creek Planet school, Mercury campus, to commemorate the sovereignty of our nation, the esteemed Chief guest Mr. Rahavendra Chary, Deputy Finance  Manager, FEI. unfurled the the National Flag along Master Shaurya of Grade VI and all in unison sang the National Anthem. The programme commenced with patriotic songs expressing the joy of freedom and awakening everyone’s patriotism towards the motherland. Through their mesmerising performances students showcased the deep – rooted, rich cultural heritage of our country.

Our beloved  principal Dr. Annamary  addressed the students and asked them to follow the righteous path and feel proud to be Indians.

Bonalu Celebrations @ Mercury Campus

Celebrating the Vibrant Festival – Bonalu   (26-7-2019)

The vibrant and unique folk festival ‘Bonalu’, reflecting the Telangana culture was celebrated in Creek planet school Mercury Campus. The celebrations were started   with a brief  but informative introduction of importance of the Festival.  This was followed by  two lively dances  performed by the girls  swaying rhythmically to the folk songs  of bonalu festival. The Potha Raju was the special attraction of these dances..  The programme was concluded with rendition of a melodious folk song. The entire school  wore a festive air.

5th International Yoga Day

5th International Yoga Day

 5th International Yoga Day was celebrated at school on 21^st June 2019 with great enthusiasm and fervour. This event was conducted at school by Asara yoga institute.  The entire school came together to do Yoga. The Asara institute faculty members explained to the students the importance of Yoga and led the students through some simple yet  stress relieving asanas. Many students realised the importance of this ancient art  and took resolution to practise it regularly. It was a great feast  for eyes to watch the students to do yoga in tandem.

World Blood Donor Day 2019

The World Blood Donor Day was celebrated at ‘The Creek Planet School’ Mercury campus on June 14^th 2019. On this occasion   the Red Cross Society organised a blood donation camp . With great enthusiasm the staff led by the principal  Dr. Anna Mary  came forward to donate the blood voluntarily. Not to left behind the drivers and escorts of  the school staff also participated in this event. This occasion is observed to thank the voluntary unpaid blood donors for their life-saving gifts of blood.”  The theme for World Blood Day 2019 is "Safe blood for all”

REPUBLIC DAY @ MERCURY CAMPUS

The students and the staff of The Creek Planet School Mercury campus celebrated 70th Republic day with great enthusiasm and pride. The event started with the hosting of National Flag followed by National song with a feeling of patriotism. Students then presented various dances and songs on patriotism.

CHILDREN'S DAY @ MERCURY CAMPUS

The Creek Planet School Celebrated Children's day special assembly on 14th Nov. It was commemorated with immense joy and magnificence. The whole assembly was organized and carried out by teachers. Teachers presented skit dance,song etc for their beloved students. There was excitement in the air and the young ones were full of stories about their special day at school.

CREEDATSOVAM @ MERCURY CAMPUS

The Creek Planet School ( Mercury Campus) celebrated its sports day, Creedotsavam on 10th Nov 2018 in the school campus. The event was graced by Senior Management Members of FEI. The programme commenced with the student's enthusiasm soaring high while participating in various events. The sports day was overall a tremendous success and the legacy of the Creek students will be continued.

TEACHER'S DAY CELEBRATIONS @ MERCURY CAMPUS

 “Teachers are the torch bearers of the Gen-next”

Teachers play a major role in making their students responsible citizens of tomorrow and good human beings. 

The Creek Planet school mercury campus has celebrated teachers’ day with fervor.The program was started with lighting the lamp.All the teaching and non-teaching staff were felicitated by the guest of the day MS. Anupama Devi Academic Officer FEI. The teachers who has shown an outstanding performance  were honored with the best teacher award and cent percent attendance award.

The program was concluded with the National Anthem.

The most excitement part of the celebration was that the senior students were made as teachers in place of the real teachers.The senior students had been taken all the responsibilities of all the teachers.A team of teachers judged the best student teacher of the day.

All in all, it was a celebration mode for everyone!

JANMASHTAMI CELEBRATIONS @ MERCURY CAMPUS

The Creek Planet school Mercury Campus celebrated Janmashtami festival with pomp and fervor.

 'Sri Krishna Janmashtami' is one of the holiest festivals celebrated in India. Krishnashtami  brings much joy and feeling of unity.  This festival is very well-liked among kids.Sri Krishna laid down advices and sermons in Gita. Every word uttered in this book always gave inspiration to fight against the injustice.

The program commenced with lighting the lamp.Children came dressed in, as Krishna and Gopika. Students celebrated the occasion by singing and dancing which depicted the events in Lord Krishna’s life. Students enthusiastically participated in   Dahi Handi event .

 The event concluded with the message of the Vice Principal MS. Parvathy followed by National Anthem.

HARITHAHARAM @ NEPTUNE CAMPUS

Harithaharam" was organised by Neptune campus on 21st July 2018 .The program was successful with the great support from parents who has volunteer the program and the students participation.A rally was organised to spread awareness on "PLANT AND SAVE TREES" .Thanks for the parents to give support and participating by rendering their valuable time.

GREEN DAY CELEBRATIONS @ PP NEPTUNE CAMPUS

Green Day Celebrations was done on 20th July in Neptune Campus. Special Morning assembly was organised by PP kids ordered by  skit showing the importance of planting trees and to save Mother Earth , Dance performance by PP-II Kids to come together to save trees. Activities on Green Day were carried in the class rooms.

Reduce-Reuse-Recycle @Neptune Campus

            Today the most alarming environmental damage is caused by usage of plastic. On International plastic bag free day,3rd July GHMC has taken initiation to create awareness among the young minds of the Creek planet school Neptune campus .As part of awareness Mr.Dashrath, GHMC Commissioner and Mr.Sampath Kumar ,Health officer GHMC visited the campus.
             The session started with an oath on plastic free environment administered by Mr.Dashrath. Students of grade V,VI,VII are engaged with an interactive activity on "Give life to a plant" where the students are encouraged to follow certain measures to reduce plastic usage.

Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality.The Investiture ceremony of The Creek Neptune campus for the academic session 18-19 was held with great pomp and dignity at the school.The event was presided over by the Sir Satyanarayana garu ,the senior accountant of FEI management.
